Serving as Scrum Master and Functional Manager, HITS supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) fulfill its mission to modernize DoD and VA health care providers global visibility and access to artifacts and images generated during the health care delivery process and improve the benefits determination process by advising on and designing innovative technologies from the clinical perspective. HITS supports DHA by managing its web-based application, which is a key enabling technology within the Force Readiness and Health Assurance community that utilizes a single definition, collection, and analysis platform to generate a longitudinal occupational environmental health exposure record for Service members. HITS’ Functional Analyst/Test Engineer and QA/CM Analyst provide varied services to ensure this application supports data collection in the field and subsequent data calls and provides the longitudinal exposure record for DoD employees based on individual and grouped exposures.
