Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of web-based self-help training courses supporting Veterans and their families. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment with federal requirements, adherence to schedule, and delivery of high-quality, accessible training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program planning and execution across all phases of the ADDIE lifecycle
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Program Management Plan (PMP), including schedule, milestones, risks, and resource allocation
• Facilitate weekly production meetings and monthly strategic stakeholder meetings
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and overall contract performance
• Manage iterative deliverable review cycles with stakeholders, ensuring feedback is incorporated and timelines are maintained
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, instructional designers, developers, and government stakeholders
• Maintain a structured collaborative workspace supporting version control, stakeholder review, and organized document management
• Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility, usability, and security requirements
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays
• Provide monthly progress reports, including performance metrics and analytics
• Support successful testing, deployment, and delivery of course content on web-based platforms
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing projects of similar size and complexity
• Project management certification (PMP, FAC-P/PM, or equivalent)
• Experience managing digital learning, training programs, or web-based platforms
• Strong understanding of project management best practices and methodologies
• Experience working in a structured or highly regulated environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting federal clients, especially in healthcare or mental health programs
• Familiarity with learning management systems and web-based training platforms
• Experience managing multimedia or interactive training development teams
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy practices
